First of all mix chicken small pieces with salt, china salt, one tea spoon vinegar and one tea spoon soya sauce. Leave it to marinate for 1 hour. Mash the ginger and cut onion to small pieces. Now cut the capsicum. Cut green chilli from middle. Mix the corn flour to egg mix it well and add salt aand some water to it. batter it well. Heat oil in frying pan.
