Place the flour in a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces in the bag one by one and shake well. Remember not to put all of them together but one by one to get flour coat on it well.
Now dip the chicken pieces in milk. Now put it in bread crump mixture to get a good coating. Take a 13 by 9 by 2" baking pan. Spray it with non stick coating. Remove the chicken skin and try to remove as much fat as you can. Cut the chicken to small pieces. Make the mixture with corn flour, flour and egg. Add the chicken pieces to it with salt and pepper. Leave it for 1 hour for mixture to flow into chicken. After an hour fry the chicken deep and drain the extra mixture and keep it aside. For gravy mix oil with ginger, garlic, onion, chicken stock, salt, pepper, lemon juice, honey, oil and take 1 tea spoon all purpose flour.
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mixture just prepared into it and boil it for a minute. Cook the mixture till it is slightly thick and add fried chicken. Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot. :)
