Baked Chicken Spicy preparation ( baked chicken recipes)

[b]Ingredients for Baked Chicken Spicy preparation[/b]:

Chicken pieces: 1.5 to 2 Lb
bread crumps: one third cup
Parsley: 2 tsp
Dred Italian seasoning: three fourth Tsp
Red pepper: one eighth (ground)
salt: half Tsp
Flour: one fourth cup
Nonstick coating spray
Skimmed milk: 3 Tbs

[b]Instructions for Baked Chicken Spicy preparation[/b]:-

First of all remove skin from chicken and wash it and make it dry. In a mixing bowl mix the ingredients(bread crumbs, Italian Servoning, snipped parsley, red pepper (ground) and salt). Place the flour in a plastic bag. Add chicken pieces in the bag one by one and shake well. Remember not to put all of them together but one by one to get flour coat on it well.

Now dip the chicken pieces in milk. Now put it in bread crump mixture to get a good coating. Take a 13 by 9 by 2" baking pan. Spray it with non stick coating. Now put chicken pieces properly in the pan. Remember to put meaty side facing up. Bake it at 375F for not less then 40-45 minutes. Serve hot.

Baked Chicken with Yogurt

[b]Ingredients for Baked Chicken with Yogurt[/b]:-

Chicken breasts: 2 halved
Onion powder: half tsp
Bread crumps: 1 cup
Garlic powder: half tsp
Ground ginger: pinch
Yogurt: one third cup
Cayenne pepper: one fourth tsp

[b]Instructions for preparation of Baked Chicken with Yogurt[/b]:-

First of all heat oven at 400F. Take a medium sized baking dish(shallow) and spray it with vegetable oil. Rince chicken and make it dry. Now Take the yogurt and dip the chicken into it and then to bread crumps, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger and cayenne pepper. Bake it uncovered for 40-45 minutes till the chicken becomes tender. Serve hot.

Chicken breasts: 3 (skin should be split)
Onion: one fourth cup
Paprika: half Tsp
Rosemary: one fourth tsp
Salt: half Tsp
Orange juice: 2 cup
Flour: 2 tbsp

[b]Instructions for Baked Chicken with Orange[/b]:-

Take a shallow baking pan and put chicken breast into it. Make the breast side up. Do not let the chicken breasts overlap. Now sprinkle onion and other seasoning ingredients. Blend the flour with the orange juice. Pour the remaining juice and mix it well. Then pour this over chicken. Bake it uncovered and turn it occesionally at 350F for an hour until it becomes tender. Serve the chicken with noodles. Serve hot.

Boneless chicken breasts: 4 each
stick of butter: 1 each
Lemon juice: one third of cup
Flour: half cup
Minced onion: half cup
clove minced garlic: 1 each
Pepper: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1 Tsp

[b]Instructions for baked chicken recipe[/b]:

Pound and bone the chicken breast. Mix the flour in it. Melt the butter and coat it on chicken breasts in a baking pan. Bake it at 375 deg for 30 minutes. Mix one third cup of lemon juice, onion (minced), garlic, pepper and salt. Brush the chicken breast with this mixture and bake for 30 minutes till it is done. Could be taken with rice and vegetables.

Chicken liver: 1 Lb
Thyme: half tsp
sage: half tsp
Mustard: half tsp

[b]Instructions for preparation of baked chicken liver[/b] :-

Wash and rinse chicken livers. Get rid of any fat present and dark spots and make it dry. Make holes in liver with a fork few times on each piece. In a casserole mix chicken with the other ingredients and mix it well. Cover it and put it in microwave for 1 minute in high. Then keep it in medium for 5-6 minutes till the liver turns pink. Keep it to cool down for 6-8 minutes before enjoying it.

[b]Ingredients for Chicken parmesan[/b]:

Chicken breast halves: 4 (skinless boneless)
Egg: 1 (lightly beaten)
Breadcrumps: Half Cup(Italian seasoned)
Butter: 2 Tbs
Spaghetti sauce: Slightly less then 2 cups
Mozzarella cheese: 2 Ounces
Parsley: 1/4 cup(chopped)
Parmesan cheese: 1 Tbs(grated)


[b]Method of preparation of Chicken parmesan recipe[/b]:

Put the chicken between the heavy duty plastic wrap(between 2 sheets) Beat it with a meat mallet to make it to nearly 1/4 inch thickness. Now put the chicken in egg and dredge in bread crumps. Now take a non stick skillet and pour oil to it and heat it to medium high heat.

Now put chicken to it and heat until both sides of chicken is brown. Put spaghetti sauce over chicken and bring to boil. Now cover the utensil and reduce the heat and keep it for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese and again cover it for another 5 minutes and let the cheese melt. Your Chicken parmesan is ready.... :) Serve hot.

Garlic: 1/8 Tsp(powder)
Chicken Breast halves: 4 ounce(skinned)
Olive oil: 2 Tsp
Marsala wine: Half Cup
Cooked angel hair: 2 cups
Salt: To taste(about 1/8 Tsp)
Breadcrumps: Quarter cup(Italian seasoned)
Parmesan cheese: 2 Tbs (grated)
Tarragon: 1 Tsp(dried)

[b]Method of preperation for chicken marsala recipe[/b]

Mix marsala wine, cornstarch, tarragon and salt in a cup. Blend it by stiring continuasly. Then in a bowl put breadcrumps, cheese, garlic powder and mix it well. Now put chicken breast halves in the mixture and dredge it well.

Now put oil in non stick skillet and heat it in medium high heat. Now put chicken into it and cook for 6-8 minutes by continuasly turning sides. Put the wine mixture in microwave for 30 sec and stir it once. The wine mixture should be slightly thick, Put chicken over pasta. Top the preparation with sauce. Serve hot. Grain rice(long): 2 cups
Rice Mex(Mexican style): 1-16 oz jar
Water: 2 cups
Chicken: Half(boneless breast)
oil: 3 Tbs

[b]Directions for preparation of Chicken with Rice[/b]:

First of all boil the chicken with water and rice mex. Take a pan and pour oil to it. Put it on high heat until smokes comes. Put rice to it and stir continuesly to prevent burning. Stir it till rice becomes white(like popcorn). Put the chicken mix into it and cook it until it start boiling. Lower the heat and leave it on heat for 20-25 minutes covering the Pan. Serve hot and enjoy the delicious mexican chicken with rice....:)

Chicken noodle soup recipe

[b]Ingredients for chicken noodle soup[/b]

Olive oil: 2 Tbs
Garlic: 4 cloves
Chipotle pepper: 1 (with abobo sauce)
Tomoto: 1 (finely chopped)
Suger: one & half Ts
Chicken breast: Half pound (boneless and skinless)
Bouillon: 3 cubes (chicken flavour)
Egg noodles: 1 cup
Yellow onion: 1 (finely chopped)

[b]Method of preparation for chicken noodle soup[/b]

Put oil in the saucepan and heat it. Put onion and garlic to it and stir it until tender. Ad chicken and heat it further for 2-3 minutes. Once the cooked chicken are tender mix water, pepper, bouillon and noodles. Reduce heat and stir ocessionally for 15-20 minutes until noodles are tender and cooked. Finally mix tomatoes and suger and serve it hot.

Chicken breasts: 4 Nos
Lettuce: 8 cups
Oranges: 2 ( sliced and peeled)
Garlic Clove: 2 Nos
Olives: 20 Nos

[b]Method os preparation for Chicken salad recipe[/b]

Heat the broiler initially. Now rub the chicken with garlic and remove the garlic pieses after words.Broil chicken for 4-5 minutes with turning sides so the it gets cooked well on every sides. You could also use griller for this purpose. Heat the broiler through 170 F. Whe chicken is done transfer it and let it cool in a plate. Now place lettuce, olive and oranges(peeled and sliced) into seperate plates. Now prepare dressing. For dressing use following ingredients:

Red wine vinegar: 3 Tbs
Garlic clove: 2 Nos
Salt: Half Tsp
Olive oil: 1/3 cup

Mix all the dressing ingredienbts with pepper, red onion(chopped) and celery. Chop chickens and put in plates with salad and dressings.

Your Chicken salad recipe is ready...:) It would make a servings for four.

Chicken cooked: 1.5 cups
Celery(finely chopped): 2/3 cup
French dressing: 3 Tbs
Mayonnaise: 2.3 cup

First of all cut the chicken into cubes. Then add celery to it. Mix this with french dressing and refrigerate it for half hour. Now mix it with mayonnaise and with 2-3 capers on top. You could serve it on lettuce. If you wish you could also put some green grapes in it.

Cooked chicken(chopped): 1
Cooking oil: 1 Tbs
Chicken soup: 10 oz
pineapple chunks: 4 oz
Small onion(chopped): 1
Mushrooms(sliced): 6
Soya sauce: 1 Tbs

[b]Method for preparation for Pineapple chicken recipe[/b]

Take a small frying pan. Heat the oil in it. Put the onions finely chopped in the frying pan and cook it for the time till it turns brown and soft. Now out the chicken with the mushrooms and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Stir it in a while to cook it evenly. Now place the soup and pinapple chunks into a pan and heat at sim. Now put the onion(cooked), chicken, mushroom and soya sauce into the pan and heat it in simmer until sauce thickens which would be ready within half hour. Serve hot :)

Cheddar cheese: half cup
Bread crumps: half cup
Chicken breasts:3 cooked
Low fat yogurt: 1.5 cups
Mayonnaise: quarter cup
Broccoli: 1 large

First of all heat oven to 350° F. Now take a large bowl and mix yogurt, lemon juice, curry powder and mayonnaise. In a casserole put a single layer of broccoli and chicken and put sauce mixture over it. Now sprinkle the prepared with cheddar and bread crumps. Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Lamb Chops and Black pepper

[b]Ingredients[/b]:

Lamb chops: 18 ( small pieces)
Black pepper(ground): 1.5 Tbs
Salt: 1 Tsp
Vinegar: quarter cup
Vegitable oil: 3 Tbs
Onions: 2 medium shape ( chopped )
Coriander: 2 Tbs (finely ground)
Turmeric: quarter table spoon
Cilantro: 1 cup ( chooped)

[b]Method of preparation for Lamb Chops and Black pepper[/b]

Try to remove all fats from the lamb chops without detaching it from bones. Add salt and pepper to it and rub it well with lamb chops. Place it in the baking paper and add some vineger to it(sprinkle).
Heat the oil in a pan to high temprature. Add onion to it and stir it regularly until brown. Now put lamb chops with coriander and turmeric. Keep it on heat until it is brown and turn it regularly to have a even color. Now add a cup of water and cook at low heat(simmer) for one to one and half hour untill cooked. Check after every 20 minutes and add water if it dries up. The cooked lamb should be tender. Now mix it to chopped cilantro and serve hot. :)

Lamb chops: 10
Olive oil: 2 Tbsp
Dried sour cherries(chopped):1 Tbsp
Garlic(chopped): 1 Tsp
Soy sauce: 1 Tsp
Dried blueberries(chopped): 1 Tbsp
Dried cranberries(chopped): 1 Tbsp
Butter: 4 ounce
Salt & white pepper: To taste
Spring rosemary(chopped):1

Mix olive oil and half of garlic with half of rosemary and mix it well. Let the lamb chops to marinate for 2 hours. Make a paste of butter, chopped dry fruits, left garlic and rosemary with soy sauce. Add butter mixture in the plastic wrap and roll it as if to make a log of the lamb chops tightly and put it to refrigerator. Take out the wraps when chilled. Cut into pieces. Grill the chicken and add sliced dried fruit with rosemary butter as toppings for lamb chops. Serve hot :)

Low fat chicken recipe ( chicken with honey and lemon sauce)

Chicken 1 medium
Corn flour 3 Tbs
Flour 2 Tbs
Egg 1 ( beat it well )
Ginger & garlic Paste 1 Ts
Onion 1 ( cut to small pieces)
Chicken stock Half cup
Salt pepper To taste
Lemon juice 1 cup
Honey 2 Tbs
Oil 2 Tbs

[b]Method of preperation for Low fat chicken recipe ( chicken with honey and lemon sauce)[/b]

Remove the chicken skin and try to remove as much fat as you can. Cut the chicken to small pieces. Make the mixture with corn flour, flour and egg. Add the chicken pieces to it with salt and pepper. Leave it for 1 hour for mixture to flow into chicken. After an hour fry the chicken deep and drain the extra mixture and keep it aside. For gravy mix oil with ginger, garlic, onion, chicken stock, salt, pepper, lemon juice, honey, oil and take 1 tea spoon all purpose flour.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mixture just prepared into it and boil it for a minute. Cook the mixture till it is slightly thick and add fried chicken. Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot. :)
