Murg Chengezi Kebab: Chicken recipes

Ingredients for Murg Chengezi Kebab:

1 kg chicken legs
100 ml cream
100 ml yoghurt
100 gms cashew nuts paste
50 gms white pepper
2 gms saffron
200 gms minced meat
Salt to taste

Method of preparation for Murg Chengezi Kebab:

Clean chicken legs and cut in between for stuffing. Mix mince meat, ginger garlic paste, cream, cashew nuts and cashew paste, yoghurt, saffron together and stuff it for half hour. Put stuffed chicken legs in skewer and place it in oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot with lime pieces and onions.
