Method of preparation for Murg Chengezi Kebab:
Clean chicken legs and cut in between for stuffing. Mix mince meat, ginger garlic paste, cream, cashew nuts and cashew paste, yoghurt, saffron together and stuff it for half hour. Put stuffed chicken legs in skewer and place it in oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot with lime pieces and onions.
