First of all preheat oven to 450 degree F. Now cut each of the wings into 2 pieces. Leave lemon and parsley aside and mix all the other ingredients in a saucepan. Melt the butter. Now put the chicken in the melted butter and then into crumb mixture. Prepare a baking dish and oil it lightly. Add chicken to baking dish at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. The chicken should be light brown. Serve hot.
