Ingredients for Barbecue chicken marinade recipes:

Garlic: One to two cloves, minced
Oil: Quarter cup
Soy sauce: Quarter cup
Onion: Half chopped
Sugar: One tsp.
Curry powder: Quarter tsp

Method of preparation for Barbecue chicken marinade recipes:

First take all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix it together. Marinate 4-6 pieces of chicken in it for at least 24 hours and grill.

Italian spumoni recipe

Ingredients for Italian spumoni recipe:

Cream: Two cups (heavy)
Condensed milk: 2/3 cup
Cherry pie filling: One (21 ounce) Can
Rum extract: One tsp
Chocolate chips: Half cup
Toasted nuts: Half cup finely chopped

Method of preparation for Italian spumoni recipe:

Freeze up solid for an ice cream. Freeze milk and cream in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Then whip both together by means of an electric mixer till soft peaks forms. Mix together in the cherry pie filling, pull out and put chips and nuts. Lay in an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Cover and freeze firm.

Add ice cream toppings (optional).
 
Orange Chicken recipe

Ingredients for Orange Chicken recipe:

Skinless chicken breasts: Four boneless,
Ground ginger: 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil: Two tbsp
Garlic clove: One small
Pineapple chunks: One can (8 1/4 ozs.)
Orange juice: One cup, divided
Low sodium instant chicken bouillon: One envelope
Wine vinegar: Two tbsp
Sliced celery: 1/3 cup
Green pepper: One small, cut into 1/4-inch strips
Onion: One small, sliced
Tomato: One small, cut in wedges
Sodium soy sauce: Two tbsp low
Sugar: One tbsp
Flour: Three tbsp

Method of preparation for Orange Chicken recipe:

First take chicken and sprinkle it with ginger. Heat up oil in big pan, over intermediate heat, put in poultry and garlic and cook 5 minutes. Put in fluid from canned pineapple, 3/4 cup orange juice, bouillon and vinegar, cover up and simmer 10 minutes. Put in celery, green pepper, and onion. Cover up and cook 5 minutes longer. Put in tomato wedges and pineapple chunks. In little bowl, mix together soy sauce, sugar, flour, and residual 1/4 cup orange juice. Put in to skillet and cook, moving continually, until combination condense and comes to boiling. The cook it for 1 minute longer. Serve hot.
